I have a new house and peters have installed my underfloor heating system. I have complained 3 times to them, in all 3 they have done mistakes. Twice was about thermostat controlling wrong room heating. The last time it was about an electrovalve not working properly (a loose ring inside it) resulting in constant flow of water in one room (10 liters per hour from Vattenfall). I travel a lot and I noticed that in the summer months where everything was OFF my consumption from vattenfall was super high (7,5 GJ while my neighbour with identical house living there had 1,5 GJ), thus in 18 months I paid extra 800€ to Vattenfall. Though they saw the mistake and fixed it they denied liability to compensate me, lacking professionalism and responsibility. Not recommended for sure.

We requested a quote, clearly explaining that our situation didn't require a standard one-to-one boiler replacement. Yet, this was barely heeded. Both times, we received a standard quote that only proposed a one-to-one replacement, without considering our actual situation. After several calls, Barend Bast finally provided a revised quote. This finally seemed to align with our situation and gave us confidence. The technicians then installed the boiler correctly, without any issues. But then the trouble began. After a few days, the existing Honeywell system, which had been functioning flawlessly before the work, stopped working. The technician kept insisting it was my fault. The result: an invoice to "solve" the problem. I then emailed Barend Bast several times and requested a callback, but received no response. Finally, I called again and was connected to him. During that call, the voice was raised sharply, something I absolutely dislike. He promised to call me back about the invoice, but as expected, I haven't heard anything back yet. Service after installation and payment of the invoice is completely absent; responsibility is shifted, and agreements are not honored. Nevertheless, I'm giving one star, and that's solely for the operator, who remained friendly and professional.

We received very professional assistance from Frank from Peters Installation Technology during our appointment for a new maintenance contract. He explained everything clearly and showed us which parts needed replacing on the boiler. He also gave us some useful tips for using the underfloor heating energy efficiently. Absolutely top-notch service!

Had my boiler repaired, but the problem wasn't resolved. There's no warranty on repairs, but you do get an invoice. What ridiculous service!
