The pest control company is friendly and professional and, earlier this season, successfully exterminated hornets and carried out an inspection to determine the cause of the roof problems. They clearly have expertise. However, the quote for marten deterrent was considerably disappointing: I received a quote of over €1,800 for a roof 12 meters long on both sides (24 meters in total), without having to make any cutouts—a very simple job. The company that ultimately carried it out did the job in just fifty minutes, very skillfully and professionally, using high-quality aluminum materials. Prestis Imperium had quoted over eight hours of work in the quote, while they wanted to install a standard bird deterrent that also deters stone matting. This was to be done by an apprentice within the company and could be installed within a few days. The company that did it this time was €700 cheaper, and other quotes were also around €500–€600 lower and used the same method to deter stone matting. Because I feel a bit cheated by the quote, I would not choose this company again in the future and unfortunately I cannot recommend them.

No question was too much trouble; you feel heard as a customer, which is rare these days! This company enjoys working with people and with others, and you can tell. Sometimes you can't reach them directly by phone (which I understand, because you just want to call them when you have a problem), but they always return your call! Skilled, professional, good price, and extensive knowledge. Honest about what's realistic and what's not. I will definitely recommend this company to my clients and personally.
