I reached out to this company to temporarily remove my balcony for the purposes of moving. First I called on Saturday and was told to call back Monday. When we spoke on Monday the person told me to send an email with photos, etc. which I did. By Thursday I had heard nothing so I reached out again. By SMS the guy suggested that instead of removing the whole balcony (which would be a "capital P project" in his words, i.e. a large difficult job), he suggested grinding off part of the balcony and welding it back on as this would be "easier". That was the last I heard of this company. Since I still didn't hear anything back by the next Monday I started contacting others. A company came within the same day, secured the balcony to a lift, removed the nuts holding it in place, got the item in, and reattached the balcony. In less than an hour and on the same day we spoke. I don't appreciate having my time wasted. Don't let Person Geveltechniek waste yours.
