Excellent experience with Perfect Airco! After a clear consultation and quote, an air conditioner was installed in the attic and living room within two weeks. Friendly and professional installers who carefully considered the installation and finish. A warm house in the winter and looking forward to a sunny summer with hopefully a cool home!

They had an air conditioner installed, and there were no complaints. They did, however, complain about the way they initially prepared a quote for maintenance. We agreed on a date for a Friday, and the afternoon before (Thursday), they called and told me it wasn't happening and that I should call them myself to schedule an appointment. I called back on Monday and told them I'd taken the afternoon off and asked if there was any compensation for a new appointment. This had to be arranged with the owner. Hoj called on Tuesday and was completely unwilling to do anything immediately. The owner said he would call me back, but as you can imagine, he never did. Therefore, a big 1 for aftercare, and of course, they'll never sell an air conditioner to me or anyone I know again.
