Jeffrey painted our stairs black, did the baseboards, and repaired and repainted cracks in the ceiling. He did a great job and was very helpful, paying close attention to detail and fixing small things that weren't actually part of his job, resulting in a beautiful end result. Very satisfied.👍

A painter who hasn't finished his work after two years. Everything was laid out in an early contract. A month before work began, he tried to oversell our price, or he would refuse the job. I accommodated him by paying upfront. If he even showed up, it was reluctantly. We also concluded that he didn't use washable paint as agreed. And he constantly criticized the contractor while he hadn't even picked up any sandpaper himself. We tried several times to contact him, hoping Perez would finish his work, but to no avail. Judge for yourself with some of the photos I've attached!
