We are not direct clients of Pendula. But today, commissioned by the Municipality of IJsselstein, they pruned (read: severely trimmed) the large plane trees next to our house. A very friendly young man came to the door to explain what they were going to do and asked if we wanted to move our cars as a precaution. They worked hard and cleaned everything up neatly. Thumbs up to the employees of Pendula!

Very poor communication. They string you along for months, only to then ask for €110 in delivery costs. ==================== I read that I received a good response. However, the truth is being distorted somewhat. Last summer, I contacted them through Marktplaats. They said they could pick up A-quality (that's what they advertised), but suddenly they couldn't. That's possible, of course. I waited for a response and left my mobile number. After the summer, I contacted them again, but initially there was no response. A week later, they did respond. I had to wait until October. Again, no problem, I'll wait. In October, there was still no contact. So, I contacted them again. No response through Marktplaats. Then I called. I was told by phone that the pickup location I contacted was no longer active and that it could be picked up half an hour away. Another solution offered was to have it delivered for €110. The response on the phone was such that it prompted me to leave a review. To say the least, this wasn't how I would have spoken to a customer. It's good to read that you think we could have reached a resolution through discussion, but you never offered any insight. The solution isn't so much delivery, but rather proper communication. Just tell a customer exactly what's going on. If a customer asks for A-quality pickup at location X, don't offer a solution months later to deliver to location Y with a €110 delivery fee. That won't make customers happy.

Great company! Very professional, friendly, affordable, and fast. I highly recommend this company to everyone! There was a tall tree in my front yard that Timo and his colleague expertly removed. The tree was immediately shredded in the machine and removed in about 20 minutes. I was worried that the tree would fall during another heavy storm, with the risk of crashing into another house.
