Completely unreliable in my opinion. This man simply charges €695 for purchase assistance for three hours of work. The service provided me with absolutely no added value. I didn't get the feeling that my interests were being properly represented. Richard forgot my first name, email address, and home address. I felt completely disengaged.

House sold through Peltenburg Real Estate, unfortunately to complete dissatisfaction. The price recommendation for the property was on the low side, too low. That same month, two other houses on the street sold for over €17,000 more. Mr. Peltenburg gave us the impression that there wasn't much interest in our house, but he told our neighbors that he had a lot of interest and could therefore easily sell theirs as well. You have to follow up on everything yourself. We kindly requested that the buyers contact us, but unfortunately, they did due to unclear communication from the real estate agent. The buyers informed us that their mortgage had been finalized, which seems to me to be the real estate agent's responsibility. We also asked if the signing could be done separately from the buyers, and ultimately requested a docusignature and arranged the signing at the notary's office ourselves. All in all, a very poor and unprofessional real estate agent who communicates poorly and too late. Fortunately, the sale is almost complete now, but I will never use Peltenburg again.

Thanks to Richard, I was able to buy a first-time apartment, for which I am incredibly grateful! He goes above and beyond to accommodate the viewer's requests regarding the day and time for a viewing. During the viewing, he walks the viewer through the house with them and explains everything. Richard is honest about any flaws in the house, which I personally appreciated. After I submitted my offer, Richard remained very engaged. He responded quickly to emails and phone calls and regularly inquired about the status of the property. Conclusion: Richard Peltenburg is a top-notch real estate agent!
