Well worth a visit. Besides being a llama ranch, they also care for all sorts of other animals that find a home here, including rabbits, guinea pigs, cats, goats, and donkeys. You can also buy hand-spun wool and hats, scarves, and even dresses made from it 😍

I didn't feel like I was the focus as a client. There were many sloppy errors in the draft brochure, and the transfer date, etc., was coordinated with the buyer instead of me as the seller. Selling a house isn't something you do very often. I would think carefully about who gets to do that.

Unfortunately, I'm very dissatisfied. I feel like I was taking all the work off the real estate agent's hands instead of the other way around. They lacked a sense of reality, and their mediocre approach significantly delayed the sale of the house, in my opinion. I also had negative experiences with buying a house: the real estate agent was far too late for appointments and provided incorrect information, forcing the sale to be postponed by several days.
