I was charged €150 for a visit that lasted about 10 minutes. I live five minutes away, yet I was billed €55 for “fuel” and €5 for parking, even though none of these extra costs were clearly communicated beforehand. I was only told it would be a one-hour visit fee. Also during that visit I was given >€1000 quote to fix my problem. Another plumber later fixed the actual problem for €400 in total, including all the work, without any surprise fees. I definitely would not use this company again.

The plumbers were very pleasant and made sure to clean up after themselves! Plus the secretary was able to move my appointment to the same day, so I didnt have to wait.

Great team. Very open, honest and accommodating owner. They helped us with a large renovation, alongside small jobs that a handy man can do, just to complete the service and make sure we’re happy. The team has specialities across the board so they can assist with different kinds of breakdown in your home and renovations. I liked the decency, speed of work, flexibility and progress updates. Bought a house and was looking for a company that will do the renovation work (kitchen,bathrooms,painting,house extension). Pcstotaal was my first choice. The owner was always available on the phone once needed. Before the work started, they made a time estimation for the renovation and they finished on time. Really happy with the results, used high quality materials. Defiantly will recommend them to my friends.
