During my Profit First Assessment, I gained a wealth of insights. We started by reviewing my 2024 figures and how to interpret them, then looking ahead to 2025. What do I want to achieve in terms of turnover, and what are the associated costs and taxes? And, of course, first and foremost, what do I want in terms of salary and profit? With Profit First, you prioritize your own salary and profit. Whatever's left over is for your costs. If I want/need to incur more costs, I need to generate more turnover. This way, I'll never have the problem later that my costs were too high and there's nothing left for me in terms of salary or profit. Marlouke is a true expert and explains things clearly. I would recommend this to anyone who wants insight into their figures and wants to pay themselves a monthly salary and build up a profit pot. The insight into my income tax was especially eye-opening. I had put away far too much. I received a customized plan for 2025, which provides insight and peace of mind.
