Patist Real Estate (and Mr. Patist in particular) allows himself to be used (legitimizes) during an appraisal inspection by people who benefit from an unobjective and inaccurate valuation. This is a very bad practice, and therefore a disgrace to the NVM (Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents). My advice: do not do business with Patist Real Estate!
