Pater is a great company with excellent service. Six years ago, we received screens and an awning for a great price. Jan and his son are friendly professionals. Even six years later, they're always available for small service requests, and they're handled professionally.

I highly recommend this company. I just had screens and a roller shutter installed by Pater. The installers were excellent, the workmanship was impeccable, and the mess was cleaned up. The price was also 200% reasonable. Truly professional work!

The tires on our roller shutters broke after installation 19 years ago (!). We sent a message on Wednesday evening and received a response the very next morning. We made an appointment for the following Tuesday. They arrived promptly, delivered professional work, left everything neat and tidy, and above all, were very friendly! Both tires were replaced within 30 minutes. Excellent service and top quality!

Called 6 times already and continuous voicemail. Over a period of 3 weeks. Not a single attempt to call back either. We were satisfied with the installation. But this level of unreachability?
