I cannot recommend Klaas Schippers highly enough for anyone who needs a mortgage advisor. Unprofessional, not customer-oriented, not transparent etc... Two years of rental agreement and never getting any immediate support in finding craftspeople or information about the rental house. This was a really bad experience, and two years of asking and writing emails are a long time to show a different side of the company. Sorry, but never again!

Unfortunately, we also had a very negative experience with Pandomo Makelaars: At the first appointment, the real estate agent arrived fifteen minutes late, without any apology or explanation. We repeatedly had to request promised documents ourselves. Accessibility and communication were far below par. We had to travel an hour and a half to sign the purchase contract, even though this could have simply been done digitally afterwards. Moreover, the meeting was conducted by an inexperienced employee who had to consult her colleagues for almost every question. After digitally signing the purchase contract, we received no message, confirmation, or even a congratulation. False promises were made multiple times regarding the start and construction times. Through direct contact with the contractor, we discovered ourselves that the construction is delayed by five months. The contractor confirmed that this should have been communicated by the real estate agent. The only response we receive regarding these points is a single “sorry”.
