Since Friday, January 2nd, we've been trying to get a technician to come to the boiler. We're now entering the third day and still no technician has been. I called the center again, and again, I got the same answer as Friday and Saturday. The technician had to go to the hospital unexpectedly, and we certainly understand that. But yesterday, Saturday morning, I called the center and said he had picked everything up again and would be by today, Saturday. You guessed it, he didn't. I called the center again today, Sunday, and called the technician, and he said he would pick everything up again today. We have serious doubts about this. A company that literally and figuratively leaves a family out in the cold, a technician who doesn't take responsibility, and certainly not Pactum. I can't believe that a housing association like ProWonen still sticks with such a company, especially after reading the reviews on Google. Perhaps the housing association should contact Pactum and make agreements about how ProWonen wants to treat its tenants, who ultimately suffer the consequences. Oak Avenue 25 Eibergen

What a crappy company. Such rude treatment. Out of the blue, after 18 years as a customer, they cancel your maintenance contract because you live too far away. You pay, but don't perform any maintenance. And then they claim they're just being a goodwill gesture. Not recommended.

Er zijn helaas verschillende zaken niet goed gegaan. Na meer dan 2,5 jaar wachten besloten om de zonnepanelen door een andere partij te laten plaatsen, gebrekkige communicatie (op mails verzonden naar het info adres wordt niet gereageerd), telefonisch onbereikbaar, leugens (je mail zat in de spam, terwijl er eerder reeds zonder problemen met elkaar is gemaild), contract van alarmcentrale opgezegd (bizar dat dat mogelijk is, en nog vervelender dat er niet over gecommuniceerd wordt). Eddy is overigens de uitzondering op de regel (een ware vakman!).
