What fantastic service! The guys were on time and very friendly. They were also by far the cheapest. I've fitted my entire house with double glazing. My living comfort has improved considerably.

Excellent service and craftsmanship! Due to the heat, we had a thermal break in one of our windows, and another window also had a damp problem. We reported this to our insurance company, which required an estimate. We contacted Paardekooper for this. We were able to arrange everything over the phone and received an estimate quickly. After receiving approval from the insurance company, we called Paardekooper again to request a final quote. The windows were accurately measured, and after some discussion about the quote and the previous estimate, we approved them. Appointments and delivery times were meticulously adhered to. On the day of installation, the installer arrived on time. Everything was professionally dismantled, removed, and replaced with new glass. The installer was also very friendly and patient – even when our 20-month-old daughter called him "hello" at least twenty times, he remained calm and friendly. In short: very satisfied with the entire process. Excellent work and service. Thank you!

Unprofessional communication and misleading quote We requested a quote for replacing the windows in our house, both at the front and back. Paardekooper measured the entire house, both at the front and back. It was strange that we received a second invoice without the VAT included. This is unusual and highly misleading. After we accepted the quote, there was complete silence for over a month and a half. We received no confirmation and no communication whatsoever about the schedule. Ultimately, we had to contact them ourselves to ask if our confirmation had been received. Then, we suddenly received a call saying the windows would be installed within two days. To our great surprise, only the rear of the house was covered during installation, even though we had specifically requested a quote for the entire house. When we brought this up, they dismissed it as a misunderstanding. They also told us that we should have calculated the dimensions and number of windows in the quote ourselves. Very unusual. They then even denied having measured the entire house, even though we were certain they had. Because we were notified of the installation two days in advance, we were unable to pay. My mother didn't pay electronically, but by bank transfer. As if Paardekooper hadn't dropped the ball enough, my 80-year-old mother received a call from Edward threatening to remove the glass if payment wasn't made quickly. This is unacceptable and inappropriate behavior. Threatening an 80-year-old woman. Shameless! The only positive aspect of this company was the friendliness and helpfulness of the installers who came to install the glass. But the company's communication, reliability, and customer service are lacking.
