Our first contact with Overduyn Real Estate Agents was with Pieter Heemskerk. Pieter also became our permanent agent. He guided us effectively through the maze of first selling our house and then searching for and buying our current home. We found him to be a highly skilled agent who patiently handled communication between buyer and seller. He was also always available 24/7, and a message was always answered. There's a lot to consider these days when you delve into that maze. A beautiful photo reportage formed the foundation for the well-organized presentation on Funda. Pieter is up-to-date on both the property's technical condition and his knowledge of various regulations. It's been 40 years since I last bought a house, and as simple as it used to be, it's now a thing of the past. The Overduyn team back home is also always friendly and honors their agreements. I viewed a house where this was the real estate agent. I found them pushy, telling me how low the house was and what it was actually worth (I think asking a normal asking price is fine). A dryer and washing machine on the same circuit. When I asked about it, they cheerfully said it didn't bother the owner (but this is simply not allowed; if your house burns down because of this, the insurance won't cover anything). I placed an offer I could accept (you can ask whatever you want, I can offer whatever I want). I withdrew the offer (because I found another house). However, the agent felt the need to contact me to discuss my offer and personal opinion. I don't know what kind of practices they're going to use, but then you can expect a review. Good luck with the sale; I'm sure it will work out. I'm simply not your buyer, so stop bothering me. It reflects poorly on you. Reply to your comment below. There's a big difference in how experienced and less experienced people handle criticism. This duo was clearly inexperienced, I found it pushy, and I felt they were just trying to justify things that weren't right (yes, there was more to it than that, which didn't seem necessary for this review; my point was clear enough). So I don't feel good about being properly informed. There was a comment/explanation field for the offer, so I used that. Do with it what you will. So it's probably all my fault. I'm fine with it; I'm a grumpy old man who whines. Good luck with the sale again, I'm sure it will work out.

And that's three... After selling our previous house and buying our current one, we sold our current home in Groenvliet through Overduyn again. The Overduyn team knows the market like no other, but also has a large potential client base who know what they want.
