I can only the MOST HIGHLY recommend the whole team at Optimum Renovaties, including Mike, Muhammet and all the other excellent craftsmen. They have achieved the seemingly impossible: they completely redid my small apartment in The Hague in the middle of summer, in just five weeks. The renovation had to be done exactly as the interior architect's detailed designs specified. The task was also challenging because I wasn't in the Netherlands during the entire renovation, so we kept in touch via video calls only. Mike and Muhammet were my main contacts: they were available to discuss any issues at any time, day or night. They and their superb team fixed all unexpected problems that came up, coordinated all the other third-party suppliers, calmed the neighbours when they needed to, and delivered a perfect, beautiful new apartment. They were my eyes and ears througout the project. I was very happy with the work, and so was the interior designer. The neighbours in our apartment building also thought that the Optimum Renovaties team worked very professionally and kept the building clean at all times. The team of Muhammet, Mustafa and others recently did a couple of jobs at our home in Kijkduin, The Hague. The small tiling and plumbing job in my son's bathroom was very professional and exactly according to our agreed plan. They also did a large renovation of our basement to convert it to a home office and workshop. The job was very well handled, the communication was excellent and although i had good requirements up front I also changed my mind and added a few things along the way which they accommodated and I ended up with a wonderful new space that has added value to our home. All of their workers were very dedicated, often doing long hours and when i inspected at every stage I can honestly say it was consistently high quality work and I highly recommend this team.

Optimum completely renovated our new house. Agreements were strictly adhered to. And when it turned out that the deadline would not be met, an extra group of professionals was called in, who worked very hard all week and weekend to get everything finished on time. And they succeeded. Communication with owner Dennis was smooth and professional. We are very satisfied and will recommend Optimum to our friends and acquaintances.
