I contacted them on the 28th of February, and by the 18th they had already obtained the refund that I was owed by the debtors. In the debt collection they had already added their fee, so I didn't have to pay anything else. Pauline was effective, fast, and very kind! 100% recommended. :)

I used Onyx' services after my landlord refused to pay back my deposit and I would highly recommend them. They're quick to respond, knowledgable and they sent me regular updates on my case. They were transparent on next steps and costs, offered tailored advice, and wouldn't move ahead with my approval. In the end, they managed to get me my full deposit back. Would recommend & use them again in the future if needed
