While installing a new drain for the kitchen, I discovered that it was slightly clogged with debris/sand from the rainwater drain. I got in touch, and within a week, someone came by to completely flush out the drain. The employee had a gigantic machine in his van for this, containing about 800 liters of water, he told me. To flush it out, the employee had to dig a hole in the garden around the rainwater drain. He flushed the drain twice. Afterward, he very neatly put the hole and the paving back in place. A true professional! Bottom line: quick appointment, quality workmanship, and a very fair price. Highly recommended!

Last Thursday, the plumber who installed new drains at my house called Aako to schedule an appointment. I attended the meeting. They discussed the problem, and Aako confirmed they'd be there after 12:00 the next day. The next day, at 11:11 a.m., I received a text message saying they weren't qualified to handle this job. I called them to explain, as I'd expected them to come. The plumber called a few times, and I also texted them. To this day, I haven't heard from them. It was a blockage at my house.

Vriendelijke mensen waarmee snel een afspraak kan worden gemaakt! Probleem zelf was snel opgelost. Enige pijnpunt vond ik de hoge kosten. Ruim â¬200 voor nog geen half uur werk en voor een probleem wat ik zelf al had opgespoord en deels had blootgelegd vind ik een hoop geld!
