The sink and dishwasher drains stopped draining. I tried using HG and a drain snake to clear the blockage, but to no avail. I made an appointment with Riotec, and the men were flexible about scheduling appointments. Once inside, the problem was resolved within 40 minutes. There were no extra charges. Thanks!
