Satisfied with the maintenance of the old boiler. We've always had competent technicians (often the same ones) come by, and Onnink is always available for problems, even on weekends. Last November, we replaced the old Vaillant boiler with an Intergas Extreme. We requested a quote and discussed some requirements with Wesley. The quote included a flue, dirt separator, and expansion tank, etc. Everything was installed to our specifications in one day. The boiler works perfectly, and no maintenance is required this year. I hope Onnink can continue to offer its unique local service under the Pronk umbrella.

I've been a customer for 28 years. I've always received excellent service. Now we've moved, and the carbon monoxide detector is going off in the new house. Onnink won't come because...it's too far away... All the installers in the area are booked solid. So now I have to wait until a local installer is available in three months. Apparently, being a customer for 28 years isn't enough to check how dangerous it is now that the detector has gone off. Of course, someone else can take over the maintenance later if it's too far away. But a safety check for now would have been helpful and customer-friendly, and would also have given me peace of mind. Very disappointing.

A family business that has been in Barendrecht for as long as anyone can remember. Recently acquired. We've always had our boilers installed by them. Combined with a maintenance contract, you always know where you stand and are guaranteed fast and professional assistance. Highly recommended if you're looking for an installer.
