Everything according to what was agreed. In the morning the old dishwasher was removed. 30 min later new one arrived and old one was taken away. 1 hour later the installer returned and built in the unit. Kitchen looks great as if nothing happened except that after 11.5 years we have a new dishwasher. Thx Danny for your work.

Great service from AJtec !! I purchased an extractor hood from Bemmel & Kroon and AJtec helped with the installation. Stefan did a very good and clean job of taking down my old hood and installing the new one. He also helped me with advice of installation of an induction hob, necessary electric connections needed etc. Overall I am very satisfied with the service.

125-150 euro voorrijkosten. No guarantee to be able to fix a dishwasher that is only 8 years old and is only used once a week. They told us on the phone that if it's 8 years old machine we should probably buy a new machine without even checking the machine first, they were able to tell us on the phone chances are something else will break again. The average lifespan of a diswasher is 10 years and this is an AEG dishwasher not some B-brand. Zero service mentality. Found a different company who was definitely willing to help, with half the voorrijkosten in the same exact area. Update: A different company fixed our dishwasher for 109€ total, without any parts needed. :)
