He makes promises but doesn't deliver. Still stuck with a leaky shower floor. You call and ask if he has time to seal a drain in a tile shower floor with two-part sealant. Yeah, it's fine, he can do it this week. I'll contact you. It never happens. It seems like a rush job when you can't shower with a woman who just gave birth and a one-week-old baby who needs to be showered every other day. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

We had our central heating boiler installed 3.5 years ago, to our complete satisfaction. Maintenance was carried out after 3 years. The technician was friendly and worked efficiently. We recently had a problem that we thought would be resolved quickly. Two weeks later, the same problem occurred, which wasn't actually found, but the boiler is working again. The technician came the same day. Excellent service. Recommended: YES.
