Edited:Dear owner, you've mistaken me for another customer. I have never had a customer card before, and never lost one. I asked if I can get it in the store, as they were there and I could see them, and all I was told is no, I should order it online. Without any explanation. And regarding second, as I mentioned all I bought were pots (no flowers inside). So price difference was not due to me putting plants inside. .. Went there twice, first time bought many items (pots and flowers), and noticed that not all prices on check were as on the stickers at the store. But I thought maybe I made a mistake. On my second visit I bought only 3 pots and was able to remember the prices and yes, they are higher at the cashier. On some items 2 euro difference on some 50 cents, but the difference is noticeable. Variety is really great, you can find all you need, but for what price? You will never know. Asked the cashier if I can get a customer card ( she was the one who asked me if I have one), she said no, she cannot give me one, I should register online. Went online - it says get a card at one of our branches first then register it. Hmmmmm, so where am I supposed to get it and how? Really upset, because it looked like such a great place where I could come over and over again, but I cannot allow them just to still my money and treat me as nothing.
