Dear parents who let their children take lessons at Finus... DO NOT DO THIS!!! 1 STAR IS STILL TOO MUCH. 9 out of 10 times, Finus picked up my son late or didn't show up at all. But worst of all... he regularly fell asleep during driving lessons. IRRESPONSIBLE. I called the driving school to tell them my son was absolutely not allowed to get in the car with them anymore. Nexxt was supposed to call me back, but initially, they didn't. I called three times, and the third time it was sorted. He got a different driving instructor. But Nexxt themselves are no better... Finus is still driving around, and we now know that there is one student who no longer takes lessons with Finus for the same reason. So the driving school is not doing anything about this either. I called Finus myself, and he also admitted to falling asleep. But he asked me not to pass this on to Nexxt. What a loser!

A truly terrible driving school. I first took lessons from someone who showed up at least an hour late for every lesson and fell asleep during them. Then I demanded a new instructor, who sent the schedule very late, and even after responding quickly, the spots were already full. I eventually told them what the fixed times were for lessons, but they didn't. The student was ultimately blamed for this, who responded as quickly as possible but was of course sometimes working himself. This instructor was also frequently on his phone during lessons. All in all, not a pleasant experience with either instructor at NXXT, and I'm glad I switched to another driving school in Tilburg.

I had a traumatic experience with Ernest. I was yelled at during every driving lesson, causing me to cry for hours after each lesson. So, Ernest had absolutely no respect and only worsened my stress levels. Lessons were often cancelled or there were no spots left, meaning I went a month without a lesson, or at most only had one. Also, after I had used up the 30 lessons, my driving test was scheduled after 4 months. Of course, I had to buy more lessons, but still, until 2 days before my test, Ernest had no idea I had one, so I wasn't even prepared. I also had to pay for 3 lessons on the day of the test, and he didn't tell me that he was allowed to sit in the car during the test. So, I paid for the time he was sitting there drinking coffee; a real scam.

With Ernest, every lesson was an adventure in itself! His patience, clear instructions, and positive attitude made learning to drive a pleasure. I always felt at ease, even in stressful situations. Thanks to Ernest, I am now ready to hit the road with confidence.
