Ralph is a great person with patience. This is first time in my life to select a kitchen and I knew very little about how it works. We started from the layout of the kitchen and step by step to reach the agreement today. A lot of time (3 times meetings) is spent to find out the possibilities of the kitchen and what I really want with his guidance. I can’t wait to see the new kitchen! 😏👍

I have ordered a new kitchen from Nuva keuken. Very good experience with kitchen design and advice. But very bad experience with installation and service, the communication is difficult and not on time responsive. The kitchen was installed in July 7th and 8th, and leaved the sockets uninstalled. I managed to ask them come to fix in 12th September. The worktop is total failure according to me. It is not aligned with the wall, with 3mm at the one end and 15mm at the other end. I contacted the service asking for the solution, the guy came in 12th september gave a solution to add additional small backsplash at the wall and fill the gap with plinth. I accepted the solution, and later I received a call from them saying I have to pay for the fix, as they did the perfect job. Claim it was due to my wall is not 90 degree. I am not convinced that I have to pay for their mistake. firstly, when they came to measure with the 90deg tool, it was no complaints from them. moreover, the cabinet beneath the worktop is well attached to the wall, which is also designed as 90deg. So, till now, we can not reach agreement and the worktop issue is still not fixed.

I am very happy with the kitchen that I ordered at Nuva. Jans was my advisor and he really listened to what I wanted. I changed my mind several times in how the machines should be placed and how the kitchen should be designed and Jans always thought along with me for the best solution. Thank you Jans for being very calm, professional and helpful over the last months. We are enjoying the kitchen now and would really recommend Nuva as a trusted kitchen supplier.

Nuva Keukens in Bergeijk is the kitchen supplier for our new house in Eindhoven. Ralph helped us plan our new beautiful kitchen. He is friendly, has a lot of experience, and took the time to respond to our needs. We are very happy with the design of our kitchen and Ralph's service. Now we´re looking forward to see the final results in our new house.
