The work was carried out punctually, with an eye for detail and quality. Everything went according to schedule and was left tidy. If you want to get screwed, by all means do business with these people. They do shoddy work and do not stick to agreements. They are first-class scammers. If you want good work for a fair price, do NOT contact Novostructo. Yes, you can respond stupidly below, but I definitely mean you! You are a scammer and I am coming after you! Scamming people, lying, and deceiving; you haven't seen the last of me yet. You have a limited liability company (BV), but you do not publish annual figures (reported to the Chamber of Commerce); enforcement will follow, and by now, there are also letters with the tax authorities... you shouldn't be surprised if you walk in and get an audit. No, I am not letting go and will do everything I can to protect others from your fraudulent practices. The dump where you keep your office says it all.

Novostructo painted and sealed our window frames. We're extremely happy with the results; our frames now look brand new, and the damage to the door was professionally repaired for a fair price!

So far so good!! This company is busy doing carpentry and painting work on our house and our neighbors'. The painters and carpenter are, in our opinion, TOP! They are very professional, communicate well, and come across as friendly and open. We're actually assuming we won't need to update this review anymore! 😉!! Keep up the good work!!!

Initially, communication and collaboration were excellent, but as the project progressed, they fell short. Agreements weren't always honored, quotes and invoices were unclear, often adding extra costs, and not all work was completed properly. Problems caused by the work weren't handled adequately, and communication became increasingly difficult and rigid. I had to chase up many things myself and also repair or resolve many issues myself. Although the team works quickly, there's plenty of room for improvement in terms of delivery quality, neat workmanship (think of adhesive residue on the floor, leaving dirty streaks on freshly painted walls that required repainting, cigarette butts left in the garden, and many other examples), task completion, and meeting agreements. The result and the way they work aren't what I had hoped for, even though I had high confidence in them beforehand.
