Today, August 25, 2025, I had George van Kwawegen of Novanet perform a spot repair on a gray ceramic countertop. The result was stunning, so beautifully done. I had to carefully examine the damage myself. I'm very satisfied with the result, thanks to "the surgeon" George.

It is too bizarre for words that ASR Insurance sent an order to repair my laminate floor, but Novanet informed me over the phone that this order was rejected because they do not offer a service to repair laminate floors. Surely their website clearly states that they repair floors. What an idiotic situation. This will probably be treated like one of those runarounds again. Well, we shall see, because after paying premiums for 30 years without ever filing a claim, my lawyers are patient. No judge will rule in favor of either ASR or Novanet on this. Everything has been documented in writing. In the meantime, the damage to the laminate is getting worse, but oh well... it's not my fault. We'll just have to wait and see.
