I had a charger installed by Noord Solar Drachten. Great company and great personnel working within the company. Communication is clear and direct and quick via WhatsApp and phone calls and willing to answer any questions you might have. A quick inspection was arranged quickly, the install date was scheduled within 1 week, very quick! The install process was very swift and quick, the personnel installing the charger and handling the electric were very friendly and they answered all my questions. The whole installation process took in total 1.5 to 2 hours in total, they were very quick and made sure everything was neat and neat. Overall, I am very pleased with the charger and the overall experience, they were even willing to test the charger with their car but luckily I received my car earlier than anticipated.

I received a call within an hour of submitting my request, and the charging station was installed within two weeks. It was quick, efficient, and extremely friendly. The app was explained, and Jochem even came by to test the station. A solid 10!

I filled out an online form on Facebook. I received a call within a few hours and received extensive explanations to help me make a better decision. After that, I sent the remaining information through the app, after which we were able to schedule an appointment. My preferences for the installation date were carefully considered. On the day of installation, I discussed a few things with the installers. Afterward, they installed the solar panels and even replaced the few tiles where the cables ran. Installation was completed within 2.5 hours. Really, really fast. Very happy with the end result. I recommend this company to everyone. Truly excellent service.

Alles is goed gegaan, maar ik wacht nu op herstel van mijn inlogmogelijkheid met de telefoon. Graag zou ik dat zo spoedig mogelijk weer in orde willen hebben.

Het contact met Jochem voor het maken van de afspraak ging zeer soepel. Ook was het duidelijk wat er allemaal moest gebeuren en wat het zou kosten.
