I manage several businesses in my family, and previously, accounting management was extremely time-consuming. I had to log into each company's computers and accounts separately, prepare invoices, save them in folders, download bank statements, and send everything to my accountant. After implementing NL-Balance solutions, my entire administration has been streamlined. I have a single dashboard from which I manage all my businesses. I no longer need to download bank statements, as they are automatically downloaded by accounting. Cost and sales invoices go directly to the accounting system without my involvement. In addition, everyone in the family uses the app to send fuel receipts. Simply take a photo, and the document is automatically sent to accounting. This eliminates the need for anyone to collect and forward receipts manually. Thanks to these solutions, I save a lot of time, have organized documents, and have complete control over the finances of all my businesses.
