We bought a kitchen here. The service was very friendly and professional. However, we weren't warned that EVERYTHING is visible on a black countertop; even a drop of water leaves a stain. If we had known that, we would have chosen a different countertop. Hence, not 5 stars, but 3.

I bought and had a kitchen installed here and was completely satisfied. From the first contact to the end, it was very pleasant. They were friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and were very helpful. They also got a competitive price without any hassle, and there were no "40% off today only" promotions like some kitchen stores sometimes do. The installation was carried out by a freelancer who has been working with Nivo for quite some time. He's a friendly guy who prefers to take his time but is committed to quality. For example, I was missing a handle and a shelf during installation. They called me and immediately took care of it and reordered it. It has now been installed without any problems.

Great price, good quality. Very poor contractor. During the purchase, I was able to use a contractor through Nivo Kitchens. This man is extremely bad. Poor quality, sloppy workmanship, disputes with subcontractors, and doesn't honor agreements. For example, he installs the kitchen first and then paints. This is clearly visible and could easily have been prevented. I reported this to Nivo Kitchens, but they didn't do anything about it because this man isn't employed by them. Why did I get this man's name through Nivo Kitchens? The refrigerator I ordered was no longer available, so I received a showroom model. Without any further compensation. In short, if I ever buy a kitchen here again, I would put more in writing and definitely not use their contractor! The purchase service was excellent, but once they received their money, the rest leaves much to be desired.

Agreements were honored without exception, every step was neatly confirmed by email, and the installation also went completely smoothly.
