We are definitely not satisfied with how things went at Nivo. After approving the job in April, we didn't hear anything from Nivo for a long time. After seven months and several calls from us, we finally made an appointment. However, it was canceled at the very last minute. We contacted them via email, but even then, nothing much was possible. They then agreed to a specific date for the work. But this too took a while, and we had to call again. Finally, but again at the very last minute, we were able to set a date for the work. Here too, mistakes were made with drilling holes in our wall.

Excellent work, but poorly informed. After insulating the cavity wall, we had significant problems with damp in the house. We had to take other measures for this, which we're still working on. It's been several years now.

We had the cavity wall insulated, about 100 square meters, and the crawl space filled with Drouwa chips and new HR++ windows installed. We went from using about 8 cubic meters of gas per day to 3.0 to 3.5 cubic meters of gas per day, a huge difference.
