Last week, the boiler in our coffee machine started leaking. Nick took this very seriously and provided a very reasonable quote the same day, and he installed it the next day. Excellent service, especially since it's a fairly old machine from 2007. Most suppliers wouldn't have bothered with it and would have preferred to sell a new machine.
