We contacted Pascal through a friend to replace/renovate the roof of our back room. The solar panels had to be removed and reinstalled after the renovation. The gutter was also repaired and the fascia boards were replaced. We are satisfied with the work and highly recommend Pascal.

The basement floor had to be lowered a few centimeters by drilling away a section. This creates a bit more space for the walkway. It was a huge job with a lot of noise, but they managed to complete the job in a single afternoon.

Last July, I requested a quote. He visited my home, looked at everything, and offered advice. The quote was supposed to arrive within a week, but then he was on vacation. Two days later, I sent an email with additional questions. No response, and no quote. After three weeks on vacation, I sent the email again; no response. Then I called. Completely surprised, because he had already sent it twice. I was going to email again that afternoon and said he would call me to confirm. No email, no phone call. Which is such a shame, and that's why I still have two stars. Our decision was already pretty much made. He was a very friendly man and seemed very knowledgeable. We had a good feeling about him. A missed opportunity, as we say.
