Throughout the entire process we felt like Nieboer was working for the buyer instead of us. Our realtor never listened to our needs and we never felt like he supported us during the process of selling our house. He just wanted to sell it at any price to get his commission. And to top things off he ourtight lied to us on at least one occasion. Terrible service and highly unprofessional!

Since 2013, I have bought two houses through Nieboer Makelaars, one with Nieboer as the buying agent and two houses sold with Nieboer as the selling agent. My experience with Nieboer in both roles has been great! Nieboer is honest and open, both towards the buyer and the seller; their communication is excellent, and you have the same contact person for each house as much as possible. Good service and a pleasant reception at their office, where there is always someone present who knows their stuff.
