We would highly recommend NH makelaar for both the buying and selling process. When it came to selling our house, our agent Husam provided a fantastic service. He demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the housing market and the value of our property. The fixed fee was very reasonable and competitive, and the selling process was well organised. The service included high quality photography and video, along with the relevant advertising. Husam explained the selling process to us and guided us throughout. He was always available to provide advice and assist with any questions and queries. Husam has been extremely helpful friendly and very knowledgeable about the housing market. He took great time in knowing not only what we were looking for but us as a family in order to best guide us towards what would suit us. Never pushed or rushed anything and very reassuring.
