We ordered a door and four window frames last year and we're very satisfied! The communication and delivery were very clear and fast! The window frames look great. Finally, a company that does what they say they do. We've also ordered window frames for the other bedrooms. Keep up the good work!

Very satisfied with the delivery of the new front door and sliding patio door by NH Kozijnen. From the first contact with Nathalie and Nikita, clear communication regarding delivery time, warranty, and installation was provided. All agreements were meticulously fulfilled, and communication regarding delivery, etc. was also proactive. The front door was initially measured incorrectly, but this was resolved very quickly. In short, very satisfied with the entire process with NH Kozijnen, and an added benefit is the much shorter delivery time compared to in-house manufacturers. Recommended!

I've been working with NH Kozijnen since March, and the work is still not finished. What an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional process and company. The job was originally supposed to take one week. It's now been months (9 months). The wrong window frames were delivered three times. I had to take time off work for multiple appointments, and sometimes no one showed up. My last appointments, on December 18th and 22nd, were missed both times, without timely communication. Constantly new promises, schedules, and excuses that are not kept. Two rooms have been unusable for a long time due to drafts and poor window frames, causing extra heating costs and a lot of inconvenience. Communication is poor: phone calls are not answered, and appointments are repeatedly canceled, even when the (owner) makes arrangements with you. Yes, a discount was eventually given, but that was with the promise that it would now be properly completed in December. But unfortunately, as I mentioned, no one shows up again. And this absolutely doesn't outweigh months of frustration, lost days off, and the fact that the work still isn't finished. This company lacks planning, control, and reliability. I strongly advise against NH Kozijnen. If you value keeping appointments, clear communication, and craftsmanship: choose a different company.
