Do not engage. This review is our second best option as officialy reporting them (through their own network NVM) costs money and would have amounted to nothing as they are protective of each other. Classic case of what they call a "handjeklap" where selling and purchasing makelaar had a silent agreeement to transact not in the best outcome for their client but themselves. After spotting a house on Funda (still up for sale) we contacted Nelisse to inquire about a visit. We were then told by Mrs Postma that it was sold and could not be viewed. By happenstance we found out we knew the owners who then told us directly it was NOT sold and that they would welcome another bid as they only had one so far (below asking price) which is unusual to say the least in these shortages for housing. Makelaar begrudgingly agreed to have us participate in the bidding process after being told by the owners armed with our feedback. Owners ended selling to us for a much better price despite best efforts from makelaar to dissuade. Contacts from then on with Mrs Postma were frosty to say the least given she was peeved at not being able to sell to who she wanted. Just a really terrible ordeal in what should be a pleasant and exciting time for all parties.

After seeing few brokers, meeting with Nelisse team was a real delight, they did a brilliant job helping me selling my flat and buying my new home. High quality service with very intentioned people.

The real estate agent canceled the first appointment. She arrived at the next appointment exactly on time. We had a pleasant conversation. The agreement was to sell two houses and buy one new one. The agent inspected everything and promised to provide prices soon. Unfortunately, she never followed up. We'll have to find another agent who will help us sell and buy.
