They took the measurements at the end of May, we were supposed to have the offer next week. 5 weeks later, multiple phonecalls and emails, still nothing. If this is how they treat people who are about to spend money there, I wonder how do they act if there is a problem after installation.

A dead horse! Bankrupt? They don't respond to emails and don't answer the phone. More than six months ago, they discovered a defective element in my tilt-and-turn window. It would take a technician fifteen minutes at most to replace it. But I can't reach them. They don't even deserve the star rating I had to give to post this review. From 2022 onwards, it's been a disaster.

What a disaster! The new front and back doors were installed over a year ago, but they weren't properly hung. We had a cold wind blowing into the room because of the gaps. The installers have been here three times now, and it's still not properly hung. Contacting them is very difficult; I've been waiting months for a response since my last message. Absolutely not recommended.

I no longer recommend Nedtech. After a year of all sorts of problems with delivery and installation, we are very disappointed with the company. After the incorrect front door was delivered (it didn't fit properly in the frame and had the wrong windows), they were supposed to reorder it urgently, but we had to wait eight months for a new door. Installing the wrong door with a 2-3 cm gap in the winter was no picnic, and the door only opened halfway. When it finally arrived, the windows were wrong again. The garage door also didn't match the picture (the French door was on the wrong side and had the wrong glass. After the new delivery, the doors were correct, but still the wrong glass). I could go on, and every time I called, Rogier kept saying, "We'll fix it in the end." But after we paid the final bill, which we received with a reminder, we heard nothing. The door and window are made of good quality. Unfortunately the builders who assembled them left a huge crack on the wall. They complained the house was old and instructed me how to fix it. Not impressed, I complained about it to Ned tech Fortunately Beau was very professional and ensured someone would fix it. So, satisfied about the final result, disappointed about the outsourced company used to do the work.
