After receiving excellent advice, we asked Nedkozijn to replace almost all of our window frames, including triple glazing. This company has its own window frame factory. They purchase the profiles from Gealan in Germany, then cut them to size and assemble them into frames. We had a measurement error. Because they make the frames themselves, they were able to produce a new one relatively quickly. It's also positive that they do as much of the finishing work as possible in-house, including extra plates and laths, along with the old plaster or wallpaper. Everything is also neatly sealed. They didn't make any fuss about supplying an extra windowsill, etc. The only downside might be communication with the workers due to a language barrier. But you can easily overcome that over coffee.

We chose Nedkozijn because of the price-quality ratio. While others deliver lower quality for the same price, Nedkozijn places a high priority on this aspect. Our entire house is fitted with triple glazing with GEALAN S 9000 NL base plastic profiles, a German product that guarantees burglary resistance of SKG class 2. In addition to the glass and frames, we also had the doors replaced, using the same choice of glass and profile. Nedkozijn pays a lot of attention to you as a customer, but also helps you think through the choices. By using Duco flap ventilation, we no longer suffer from damp or stuffy rooms. They essentially work with two teams: the first team simply comes to demolish and remove everything, and then installs the new windows and frames. These men are hard workers, keep going until the job is finished, and are only satisfied when the customer is satisfied. Sometimes it is difficult to communicate due to the language barrier, but you do manage to work things out. Coffee, cookies, tea, and soft drinks were certainly needed on some hot days, and we noticed that this was greatly appreciated. Team 2 took care of the finishing, post-processing, and fine details. After 3 weeks, we had a completely different house: where previously the windows were literally almost falling out and we were burning ourselves out to keep warm, there is now a fantastically beautiful building on the street that I think many would be jealous of 😁. Due to our rather unusual choice of color for the moving parts on the outside, which matches the color of the Keralit insulating facade cladding, delivery may have taken a little extra time. But we were more than happy to pay for it! Nedkozijn and its teams have delivered an incredible performance here that will make us very happy for years to come.
