Terrible customer service and malicious practices. In my time with nederwoon I have experienced: - unauthorized entry of rented property including pictures taken inside the property without permission - months without hot water while being completely unreachable / sent around in circles. Eventually I had to contact the energie company and sort it out my self. - refusal to give me access to the renters portal yet also claiming all of the contact attempts were invalid due to not being submitted to the portal - worst of all they have not returned my security deposit for over 3 months now while providing no details on what is being withheld

Worst services ever. Least bother about the customer experience and highly focused on their long terms profits from landlords. First of all, houses are limited listed on their dashboard as compared to the subscription-based customers' data. Second, Its nearly impossible to get a viewing. Post applying to 50+ houses, I hardly got two viewings. Third, even if you like to rent the viewed house -they will schedule more viewings and let owner decide who they would like to go with. A complete waste of time for the customer. The process to get a house from nederwoon will take 4-5 months but house availability is from right next month. Fourth, Only communication is through mails. It's again impossible to reach out to them. Fifth, the wait time is unbearable. A win win situation for them and a complete loss for the customer.

Very disappointing and unnecessarily adversarial end to a five year, problem free tenancy. After giving timely written notice via NederWoon’s own tenant portal, I was told by Bianca Mol (administration) that my notice was not valid unless I signed an additional internal form, and that their administration “fully complies with the law”. This was incorrect. Had that been true, my notice would not later have been accepted exactly as originally given. What followed were repeated attempts to delay and complicate a straightforward termination, including threats that my notice would be voided, refusal to accept registered post, and prolonged silence when clarification was requested. No check out inspection was arranged before or at the end of the tenancy. Despite this, the return of my security deposit was delayed without any substantiated damage claim. Gerrieke Wijnbergen of NederMakelaar, the appointed contact for key handover, confirmed both in writing and by phone that the deposit should be refunded, particularly given the lack of inspection. Even then, payment was only made after multiple formal demands and clear indication that legal action would follow. The experience felt obstructive and needlessly stressful, especially for a long term tenant acting in good faith. Future tenants should document everything carefully and be prepared to assert their legal rights.

Would not recommend to buy or rent here. Customer service ignores you even if you've got leakages and mold and they still make you pay full price.

Not worth it! Even with paying the subscription I could not get a single viewing even though I responded within minutes of the email alerts; and I have sent several emails to the customer service team without a single response! In total just a waste of money and time!
