Yesterday, my family and I went to this store and we saw a coat we liked (photo attached). When we went to the checkout to pay, the saleswoman refused to sell it to us at that price (violating Article 47 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws) and acted inappropriately, claiming that wasn't the price and that someone had put the price tag over the supposed original price (trying to peel off the displayed price), and implying at all times that it was us, in a raised and unjustifiable tone. When we asked the saleswoman for her name, she refused to tell us (even though we had just given her our phone number to speak to her sales manager), and she raised her voice at us again, so we are waiting to speak to her superior in the coming days.

I'm so grateful to Xusan, the sales assistant, for her professionalism and excellent service. From the moment I walked into the store, she gave me wonderful service and advice. Xusan is pleasant, friendly, and polite; she treated me exceptionally well. She was attentive to me at all times. She helped me with sizes, offers, and clothing, and even accompanied me to the fitting room.
