We are incredibly grateful for the guidance provided by Sylvia from Mutters Makelaars during the sale of our house. Our situation was quite unique: the house had to be sold while we were already living back in America. During our short stay in the Netherlands prior to the sale, Sylvia – together with Manuela at the office – provided us with fantastic assistance. They truly guided us through the entire process. Not only on a professional level, but also with all kinds of practical matters that you would normally handle yourself when you are in the Netherlands: arranging the appointment with the notary, helping to clean the last remaining rooms in the house, explaining all the legal terms (many of which were quite unfamiliar to us after 25 years outside the Netherlands), and even helping to remove the last items from the home. Sylvia and Manuela were always available, thought along with us, and gave us the feeling that we could fully trust them – and that was indeed true. They were a huge support in a situation that could otherwise have been quite stressful. Absolutely fantastic! We can wholeheartedly recommend Sylvia and the team at Mutters Makelaars!
