Unfortunately, a very bad experience. This is the situation: our Remeha boiler wouldn't rise above 18 degrees Celsius. Fortunately, the hot water worked fine. Micha came by for maintenance and to investigate the temperature problem. He determined that the ignition wasn't working properly. This would solve the temperature limitation problem. However, after Micha left, the boiler stopped working completely, even though before his visit it was still heating and I could shower normally. When I called Micha, his response was defensive, "The hot water was working an hour ago!" and not very helpful. Unfortunately, he left me with a boiler that didn't work at all, even though it was -3 degrees Celsius outside. Very frustrating, especially because Micha didn't want to come by and couldn't give a concrete timeframe for fixing it. "The part is currently unavailable, I'll get a call when it's available. I expect to hear from him before the end of the week" (it was Monday afternoon). I decided to call another installer because I didn't want to miss a shower for four days. That person also had to order the part, but it was in stock, and he was at my door the next day at 8:00 AM and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Meanwhile, I hadn't heard from Micha.

Aside from the fact that they are incredibly nice people: what wonderful, fast, and exceptionally professional service. Not only did they “simply” do the agreed-upon work (replace the boiler), but they also resolved a long-standing problem in passing that the water company couldn't fix. Kudos!
