I've always had excellent contact with Multisol. After breaking a wall bracket for my roller blinds (due to my own stupid mistake), I was immediately sent a new one free of charge. Communication was fast and pleasant, and the roller blinds are high quality.

The app for controlling Bliss smart blinds does not work on all mobile phones; the app does work reasonably well on a somewhat older Samsung phone. We are curious when the problem will be resolved. Now we just hope the Samsung doesn't break down. After purchasing new smartphones, there is NO problem anymore; probably due to an outdated Android system on old phones. During the warranty period, the battery of one of the four roller blinds was replaced, but the battery was dead after less than 6 weeks. We see that the battery of another roller blind also drains much faster shortly after the warranty expires.

A typical case of arrogance and lousy after-sales service. I bought 19 roller blinds from a dealer. Six of them could only be operated with two hands. This later turned out to be a production error, which of course can happen. What's unacceptable is having to wait over two weeks for parts, having to call the dealer several times, then having a representative visit the dealer, and two days later, parts were delivered. Wrong color! I then complained again, and a new shipment arrived a few days later. Wrong color again. An email was never responded to, and no apology was offered. In short, the quality of the fabric remains to be seen; the quality of the rest has already been shown. Simply awful, and above all, arrogant.

On Thursday, January 5th, I had a Multisol service technician over to repair one Duette Pleated blind that wasn't running properly upon delivery, and also to level another Duette Pleated blind because it appeared clearly crooked. Nothing but praise for this service technician. Nice, neat, friendly, and up for a joke. He took the time to explain things and adjusted all the Duette Pleated blinds because he felt they weren't hanging properly. Kudos to this service technician with an eye for detail 👍.

Fantastic service from Multisol. We've had our Duettes for four years, and now, for the first time, something broke. The fast and extremely customer-friendly service is absolutely fantastic!
