I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I really wanted to share this. I broke my hip on Boxing Day, and when you're discharged from the hospital, you get aids like a toilet seat raiser—what a nightmare. I called MultiserviceBlokker, and they immediately ordered and installed a raised toilet for me. I'm so happy; where else can you find such good service? Thanks again! Multiservice Blokker created a beautiful bathroom for us. I'm very pleased with the communication, the planning, and the pleasant manner of everyone on the team. They work well together. When an unexpected leak occurred, they immediately responded. The result is a bathroom that we enjoy every day. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. For a relatively small job (replacing a radiator valve, approximately 45 minutes of work), I was billed a high amount afterward, without a quote or minimum fee being discussed beforehand. Only after the work was completed did I discover that a minimum of two hours was charged. When I tried to discuss this and indicated my willingness to pay a reasonable fee, I was put under a lot of pressure, including repeated phone calls and the offer to undo the repair unless the full amount was paid. I found this very unpleasant. I ultimately paid the full amount to resolve the matter and gain some peace of mind. It's a shame, because this could have easily been avoided with clear communication beforehand.
