When a so-called dealer completely disappoints you, don't call them. We don't talk to consumers!!! What terrible service and attitude! Measuring and installing was already a problem with the dealer. Their product knowledge was inadequate, and you're strung along for months for service. They want someone else to fix it and make hundreds of euros without any effort! It's easy to deny it; go and assess the quality of so-called dealers.
