We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Multigevel. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine expertise. Although there was a waiting period of a few months before our windows were installed, it was absolutely worth it. The quality of the work and the final result made it clear that patience pays off when working with a company like this. Their customer service is truly the best you can expect. Floor and all of his colleagues are not only highly skilled, but also incredibly friendly and approachable. You can really tell they go above and beyond to do their best for you and make sure everything is just right. One thing that stood out was how they handled an issue with one of the windows. It turned out slightly different from what we had verbally discussed. Even though the agreed detail wasn’t included in the signed contract, they still took full responsibility and came back to reinstall a new one without hesitation. That level of integrity and commitment is rare. We live in an older house, which made the project more challenging. We spoke to five different companies, and Multigevel was the only one confident and capable enough to carry out the work. While they were the most expensive option, it was absolutely worth it for the peace of mind and the outstanding result. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality, reliability, and exceptional service.

Window frames: 5*. Communication and handling: 1* So, hence my three stars. First of all: the window frames are beautiful! Very happy with them. And then it ends. Our window frames were installed in September. Unfortunately, I didn't order the three correct cylinders for the doors. And the glazing beads were missing around the kitchen grille. But, I was told, it would be fixed in about two weeks! That turned into five months. And not without a struggle. After five weeks, I emailed to see how things were going. And emailed again. And emailed again. And again. Still no response. Nothing, nada. Finally, my husband got a response (why not my husband and I??). "Sorry, sorry, there's nothing we can do about it. The manufacturer, right..." It took weeks of waiting again, but we finally received the cylinders. The missing glazing beads? That took another three visits (two months) because they kept bringing the wrong ones. And again, "Sorry, sorry, the manufacturer, right?" There's nothing we can do about it.' Suddenly we even had to communicate directly with the manufacturer. But who did we have an agreement with? Multigevel, right? Finally, the glazing beads were installed last Monday. Phew, finally, it's done. The installers were all super friendly and knowledgeable, that wasn't the problem. But the communication!! Oh yeah, my tip: don't pay everything upfront, keep some money aside!!
