A very professional and pleasant company to work with. Mulder has extensive knowledge and experience, yet remains down-to-earth and practical, exactly what we value in such a large project. Our home was designed by EVE Architects from Nijverdal, incorporating quite a few specific wishes and requirements from us. From the first meeting, Mulder actively contributed to thinking about possibilities rather than limitations. They clearly understood our envisioned project and were able to translate that into a realistic plan that was technically sound and within budget. What struck us most was the clear communication. Agreements were honored, the planning was clear, and the contact with the construction team was pleasant and engaged. Even in the event of unforeseen issues, they always worked together to find the best solution. After speaking with several contractors, Mulder instilled the utmost confidence in us. This feeling was only confirmed throughout the entire process. They're a great team of professionals passionate about their work, and the result is impressive: a beautiful house that turned out exactly as we envisioned.

New-build house in Enschede From start to finish, Mulder construction company guided us and made our dream home a reality, and we can only say it was an exceptionally pleasant experience. Mulder himself says: "Building should be a joy"—and that's exactly how we experienced it. From the first candid conversation to the final delivery, everything was taken care of down to the last detail. Communication was clear, agreements were kept, and they were REALLY proactive in finding solutions and details. The construction site was clean every day, and even the shell was finished to such perfection that it was a pleasure to look at. Throughout the entire process, we felt that our house was built with care, craftsmanship, and commitment. Mulder, along with its suppliers, fulfilled all their obligations, even when a completely new roof was needed :-) because the quality of the roof tiles that were installed wasn't as promised. We've chosen Mulder construction for the second time. After our first major renovation of our bungalow in 2017, we immediately enlisted their expertise and knowledge to design an office and meeting room at home. Mulder works very efficiently, responds quickly, keeps its promises (without unforeseen surprises), and provides expert advice. We are extremely pleased with the beautiful and professional final result and look back on a wonderful collaboration.
