After several positive and constructive discussions, we partnered with M&Z Bouw to combine a 1930s semi-detached house into a single detached house. A major renovation with significant impact in a short period of time. Now, four months later, we couldn't have made a better choice. A very positive experience with MZ Bouw. A major renovation, including a 25m² extension, relocating the bathroom, toilets, and windows, and replastering the entire house. MZ Bouw employs skilled carpenters and also uses a highly skilled plasterer. We were also very pleased with the quality of the tiler. Regarding communication, we had weekly construction meetings, so there were no surprises afterward. Very transparent! They were also easily accessible, and agreements were always honored. I still enjoy the renovation every day, carried out by M&Z Bouw. From a 1930s den to a true castle, still measuring 60m². The gentlemen were very thoughtful about how to make the most of the relatively small space. In addition, the unique 1930s elements, such as the en-suite wardrobe and the stained glass, have been fully restored.
